So, I really don't have much to say, i just feel like I should update... My nephew Elijah was visiting this week. I'll post some pictures as soon as I can upload them. He's pretty much the cutest baby ever. He was fun to have around, exhausting, but fun!

Misadventures of an iPod

So, I'm leaving Topeka today, heading back to Leavenworth for work part 2, I cruise through the ticket booth for the turnpike and turn my attention to my iPod to get a good song going, normal stuff. I look up from my iPod just as I pass the sign for 335 S to Emporia... the complete opposite way I need to go... No problem I think, I'll just get off at the next exit.... Then, in utter horror, I see the sign for the next exit: 30 miles away. Yes that's right, 30 miles in the completly wrong direction... I am such an idiot...

Yeah, so life got real busy somewhere along the way... I have nothing to write because I haven't processed a thing in the past two weeks. I'm working in Topeka 5 days a week, which means a 2 hour commute (round trip) and getting up at 5:45 AM!! The sun isn't even up at that hour..... but I am... so I'm tired. But, the kiddo is adorable and I like the gig....

Oh, I go on vacation in 10 days!!! And I just got a new iPod... a nano... jealous??
